Harley Tours Cambodia is now conducting one day tours of the Seim Reip district.

We don't visit the tourist hot spot that is Angkor Wat. Instead, in the morning we pick you up from your hotel and take you 65 kilometers out of Seim Reip to the 11th century temple of Beng Melea.

Beng Melea is a rarely visited complex covering more than 1 square kilometer. With so much area to explore and so few people it gives you that "lost temple" feel. After Beng Melea we return to Seim Reip for a 3 course lunch at the Two Dragons Restaurant.

After lunch you are free to head back to your Hotel for a swim and a break before we head to the amazing fishing village on stilts that is the Kampong Khleang.

Kampong Kleang is on the shores of the Tonle Sap Lakes approximately 50 kilometers from Seim Reip. In the dry season you will be awestruck by the stilted houses, some rising up to 10 meters above the ground. In the wet season the water rises to within a meter of the houses. Here we take a boat tour around the village and out onto the Tonle Sap Lakes. After the boat trip we deliver you back to your hotel in Siem Reip.

• Cost of a one day tour is $300 per person.
